Well it has been some time since I have written in these musty pages, I just now found you beneath my pack. Much has changed in the many moons and summer gone and come again.

We went to war with Ethucan, and recently made ammends with them again. We have a new ruler, a Queen as kind and noble of heart as her father was. Gods I miss Deek though, such an old friend, never looking at people as his subjects but as his friends, a truely noble deed. And like father like daughter, she seems to be adjusting to the leadership role quite quickly, being both an emmissary of peace to the peoples of Ethucan and leader to the peoples of Valorn.

I cannot help but think of home, how long has it been since I drew up the plans for reconstructing N'rolav Milltown, returning it to its former glory and using it as an outpost of peace in the hell that my home has become. Every time I see the lute I think of home, but no, I must not get home sick now, my duty is too important. I must keep driving the cost of travel to Ethucan down, I must help to further unite our two cultures economically and spiritually. The dream I spoke to with the Queen during our private meeting.

If there is anything I miss more dearly than home though, it is the smiling face of my bondmate Whym, my travel to Ethucan take me so far from her, and it saddens me to leave her behind, but my duty is steadfast, and must be carried out.

I cannot return to Ethucan now however, as I have become laden with guild treasures for a contest we have been running. Until the right prizes meet the right people I have no place to leave this all behind.

Well till next time I suppose, may you not be burried for quite so long next time.
